Shades of Blue (or Red Scarf)

The tradition of tie or shibori dying is indiginous to many cultures. This technique relies on restricting dye from certain areas of cloth by means of knots , threads etc. to create patterns. Our “shades of blue” scarves are hand- woven in Nepal in wool and cashmere, then individually dyed to form pleasing, irregular, abstract patterns or circles. Every scarf has a unique pattern and is embellished with dangling tassels. Size 54x80
